““Mount Hawke Skatepark celebrated turning 30 years old by going back to its roots with the development of an outdoor plaza.

Maverick Industries won the design and build contract after an extremely professional yet open consultation process, where it was clear they understood the commercial needs of Mount Hawke as the client, the hopes of the end user and the clever incorporation of design elements, which threw a well-received ‘nod of respect’ to the heritage of the venue.

The build team were outstanding during their time on-site and met the agreed deadline, despite the construction taking place during an extended period of dire weather.

There was always regular, clear communication between all parties involved, with any obstacles or last-minute alterations dealt with effectively and efficiently by the on-site and head office teams.

Mount Hawke is now proud to boast a bespoke plaza, finished to the highest standards. A welcome and potentially pivotal addition on our on-going timeline.””
